How do I get a review posted to my public profile page?

You can manually request reviews or let our system automatically request reviews for you.

1. Manually Request Reviews

Reviews can do wonders for you by validating your business for prospective customers. After working with a customer log into the CraftJack Pro app (available on iOS and Android) or Lead Manager and navigate to the customer's Lead Detail page. Send an email to the happy customer, which will allow them to leave a review on your CraftJack public profile.

2. Automatically Request Reviews

When you win a job through one of our leads, be sure to change the status of that lead to “ Job Won” in your CraftJack Pro app or in Lead Manager. CraftJack will automatically send a link to the homeowner letting them know they can post a review of your work which will be published onto your public profile page within two weeks.

After updating the status of a lead to " Job Won", you can then add the amount the contract was for. This will provide valuable data that can be seen on you Reports page to help identify the return on your investment with your CraftJack leads.
