How do I contact my leads?

Each lead you receive will have the same 10-digit phone number along with a unique 4-digit PIN. Call that same the phone number every time and enter the unique 4-digit PIN associated with that lead when prompted to call the homeowner. You may save the 10-digit number to your speed dial for quick access and then only have to dial each PIN.

You may also select to receive phone call notifications. When a new lead arrives, you will then receive a phone call from CraftJack’s automated system that will provide brief details regarding that lead. To connect with the homeowner, simply press #1.
