Getting In Touch With Your Leads

However, there are times when a pro can’t get in touch with a homeowner. Even though the homeowner sent in their information they may be hesitant to pick up a call from a number they don't know, or simply busy at the time you call. Here are a few tips on what to do if you can’t get in touch with a lead:

  • Contact more than once. We recommend reaching out 5 to 6 times over the course of a week.
  • Follow up at a different time of day.
  • Use a combination of texting, calling, and email.
  • Make note of when you called and what method in Lead Manager or another tracking you use.
