CraftJack is Moving to Angi

We have some pretty big news: CraftJack is moving to Angi! CraftJack was acquired by Angi in recent years and is now being fully incorporated. This means that the two networks will no longer be separate. Joining our two brands together will allow us to provide a better experience to homeowners and deliver even better leads to our pros than ever before. Lead volume stopped on February 29th, and access to Lead Manager and the CraftJack Pro mobile app will end on March 31st.

What if I already use both Angi and CraftJack?

Perfect! You will no longer receive lead volume directly through CraftJack but will instead expect to receive it through Angi. You can expect that same lead quality, volume, and service for these leads that you had in the past with CraftJack. In order to continue to receive the same volume that you did with CraftJack, we recommend that you transition your spend from CraftJack to your Angi account. If you are an Angi Leads member, you will just need to log into your account and adjust that yourself to your liking.  If you are an Angi Ads member, reach out to your Client Success Manager to help make any adjustments.

What if I don't use Angi Already?

That's okay, too! If you would like to receive leads of the same quality, volume, and service that you were from CraftJack, we would ask you to set up an account with Angi Leads with an equivalent spend that you assigned to CraftJack. Setting up an Angi Leads account is simple, reach out to Angi support to help transition your account and set up your profile, ZIP codes, tasks, and spend.  You will then be assigned an Angi support representative who will help you learn about the Angi product.

Next Steps

1. If you don't already have an Angi Leads account, reach out to Angi support at (877) 947-3639. 
2. Once you are set up, you will complete Angi's screening process (background check and license verification).
3. Agree to Angi's terms and conditions if they are required.
4. You will be assigned an Angi onboarding representative who will help you learn about the Angi product, set up your task/ZIP area, and get your profile set up for success.

How to Export Leads from Lead Manager

1. If you need to access your leads in the future past March 31st, you may export them within Lead Manager.
2. Navigate to the leads page.
3. Click the Export CSV button.

Why is this happening, why now?

• In order to best support homeowners and pros, Angi and CraftJack are aligning networks and support systems.  This integration will allow us to combine our strengths to create a great experience for pros and homeowners.

What if I don’t want to transition?

• That is okay, you don't have to.  However, starting March 1st you will no longer receive leads through CraftJack and our CraftJack pro tools will be shut down.  So if you would like to keep your current lead voluming coming in, we would need to transition you.

What is the difference between CraftJack and Angi?

• Angi has much higher lead volume than CraftJack alone.
