How to reactivate a paused account
There are many reasons pros choose to pause an account and stop receiving leads. When you pause your account, you have the option to set your timeframe for how long your account will be paused, up to 14 days at a time.
For whatever reason you can unpause your account and begin receiving leads again before your selected time is up, you can do so through Lead Manager and the CraftJack Pro app.
CraftJack Pro App
Navigate to the "Account" tab. On this screen select "Account Status". Here you can select to reactivate your account from its paused status.
Lead Manager
Navigate to the “ Account” tab. Go to Lead Purchase Settings tab. Under “Account Status,", you’ll see a button to “Un-Pause Account. Click to reactivate.
