How do I pause my account?

Within your CraftJack Lead Manager and the CraftJack Pro app, you can pause your account to temporarily stop receiving leads. 

CraftJack Pro App

Navigate to the "My Account" tab. On this screen select "Account Status". 

You will then be prompted to select the date you wish to have the account reactivate. You may pause your account at any time for up to 14 days at a time.

Lead Manager

Navigate to the “ My Account” tab. On the lower right-hand side, select “Pause my account” below your Account Status.

You will then be prompted to select the date you wish to have the account reactivate. You may pause your account at any time for up to 14 days at a time.
