How to manage reviews

Simply put, reviews are a proven way to help you grow your business and win more jobs. That’s why we make it easy for you to manage reviews from homeowners. As soon as you sign up with CraftJack, you can start building your profile with reviews from both CraftJack homeowners and from previous jobs you may have done for homeowners outside of CraftJack. You can request or reply to reviews through the CraftJack Pro app (available on iOS and Android) or in Lead Manager.

How to request reviews in the CraftJack Pro app

Share a link (with anyone–on or off CraftJack):

Log into the CraftJack Pro app.

Tap on the "Reviews" tab.

Tap on the blue “Request Reviews” button.
4
Share your review request link via email, text, or social media.

Send an email (CraftJack customers only):

Log into the CraftJack Pro app.

Tap on the "Leads" tab.

Tap on the lead card for the homeowner you’d like to contact.

Scroll down and tap the blue “Request Review From Owner” button.

Auto-send an email (CraftJack customers only):

Log into the CraftJack Pro app.

Tap on the "Leads" tab.

Tap on the lead card for the homeowner you’d like to contact.

Scroll towards the bottom and tap on the “Lead Status” dropdown menu.

Select “Job Won” to automatically trigger our system to send a review request email to that homeowner.

How to reply to reviews in the CraftJack Pro app:

Log into the CraftJack Pro app.

Tap on the "Reviews" tab.

Select a recent review, or tap the “Open All Reviews” button.

Tap on the “Reply” button.

Type your response and hit “Save Reply” to publish it.

How to request reviews in Lead Manager

Log into Lead Manager.

Click on the “Profile” tab.

On the Profile screen, tap on the “Reviews” tab.

Scroll down to the “Add Reviews” box.

Tap the “Copy Link” button and paste the link into text, social media, or email.

In the same Add Reviews box, paste an email address into the “Customer Email Address” field and tap the “Send Email” button.

Scroll until you see a box titled “Review,” and tap on the “Request a review” text link.

Why should I ask for reviews?

Not only do reviews allow you to build your reputation and increase trust between yourself and homeowners looking to hire, but according to a BrightLocal study, 84% of customers trust reviews as much as a personal recommendation.

In fact, according to our data, an impressive 93% of customers read reviews and that includes a business’s replies. Bad reviews can happen to anyone and unfortunately, if you get a negative review on our platform we cannot remove it. CraftJack recommends reaching out to the customer in a public reply to their review, as well as responding to them privately. Anyone can read your response, and you’d be surprised how a professional response can change a homeowner’s perception of your business.
