What happens if I get a lead outside of my service area?
We encourage all of our service providers to log into their CraftJack Lead Manager and make adjustments to their account. This ensure it’s set up to your own specifications without confusion about service types or service areas. You will only receive leads from the zip codes you requested, and we therefore do not credit for those leads. Please contact customer service with any questions regarding your service types or service areas.
