What is your credit policy?
We typically credit for non-working phone number, wrong numbers, and those that do not own the home. If a homeowner is not responding to your calls and email or decided to hire another service provider, CraftJack does not offer credits for these leads. Credited lead charges will be remove if the credit was granted before the billing cycle. If payment has already been processed for a credited lead, the value will be added back to your CraftJack account.
