How do I request a credit?
To request a credit, log into your CraftJack Pro App or Lead Manager and navigate to the Leads tab. Select the lead you wish to request the credit for and scroll to the bottom of the page and tap, “Request Credit”. Please leave detailed information about why you are requesting a credit for the lead and click submit. You will receive a follow-up email letting you know the status of your credit request. Credited lead charges will be removed if the credit was granted before the billing cycle. If payment has already been processed for a credited lead, the value will be added back to your CraftJack account.
