What is a mismatched lead?

Occasionally, our pros may receive a lead for a service they do not provide. For example, an interior painting contractor gets a request that requires some exterior work. Here at CraftJack, we do whatever we can to provide you with quality leads., but we know that human error does happen. Perhaps the lead was submitted on accident or the homeowner was not clear about the total scope of the project. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but we do want to make it right.

We offer a no-hassle credit policy to help assist you when it comes to mismatched leads. You can easily submit a credit request through the CratfJack Pro app or through Lead Manager.
