What to expect from your welcome call
Welcome to CraftJack! We’re so glad to have you as a part of our contractor network. We’ll be sending you leads in your area in no time at all. We also want to introduce you to your dedicated account manager, who is here to help for whatever reason.

Your account manager will be giving you a call in 2 to 5 business days from when you sign up, between 9 a.m - 5 p.m. CT. On this call, you’ll go over how to make the most of your CraftJack services. This includes confirming your service area, going over Lead Manager, reviewing billing and payment information, as well as any questions you might have. You can expect this call to last 10 to 20 minutes.
Once you speak with your account manager, it’s up to you to turn the leads you receive from CraftJack into jobs won. Make any notes of questions you have along the way, about our service or otherwise, because your account manager will be following up with you in a few days after your welcome call to see how you’re doing. However, if you have a question that comes up before then, feel free to contact your account manager via phone or email and they’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Here are a few things to do while you wait for your welcome call:
- Download the CraftJack Pro app on your iOS or Android device.
- Add your logo, license information, and more to your CraftJack profile.
- Review and edit your contact information.
- Decide how you want to receive leads (email, SMS, call, app notifications) through Lead Manager.
