CraftJack Glossary
Like any company, CraftJack has a few terms specific to our products and services. Have you come across one you’re unfamiliar with? Let this guide help you out.
Account manager: CraftJack’s account management team is here to provide you with exceptional customer service. With your membership, you’ll have access to a dedicated account manager who will be here for you, when you need it. Read more here.
Billing cycle: Unlike other companies, CraftJack charges per lead received. You will be billed weekly every Friday unless you reach $200 or more of leads. We will bill you when you receive $200 or more in leads before Friday. You will also receive an invoice sent to your billing email address. Read more.
Budget cap: This budget is how much you’d like to spend within the month. The minimum amount is $100.00. This resets the same day every month from which your account was set up. We do not charge a monthly fee.
Credit: When a credit is put toward your account that can be applied towards more CraftJack leads. We evaluate credit requests on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise stated. Click here to learn more about CraftJack’s credit policy.
Lead Manager: CraftJack’s propriety customer management system that all members get access to, with no extra charge. Here you can manage your account, update status of your leads, and keep track of your business.
Notifications: You’ll get lead notifications in multiple ways:
- Text/SMS
- Call notifications
- Pro app notifications
You can toggle what notifications you’d like to receive through Lead Manager.
Past due balance: If you have any outstanding fees that need to be paid, this is a past due balance. Should you choose to cancel your account, we need to collect that balance first.
Pay-per-lead: There are no membership fees to sign up with CraftJack. We allow all of our contractors to pay based on the leads they receive. We don’t take any percentage of the job that is done. Each lead is priced differently. View lead prices here.
CraftJack Pro app: The same tools you enjoy on Lead Manager are available on your mobile device through the Pro app. Download on your Apple or Android device. See how to use the CraftJack Pro app here.
Speed-To-Call discount: We’re proud to give all our contractors who call a homeowner within 30 minutes or less a discount on that specific lead.
Services: The work or trade you choose to provide to homeowners is considered your service or services.
Service area: Both the designated boundary and the services you provide within that area. The boundary can be larger or smaller based on the distance you’re willing to travel. This is done by zip code. Read more about service area.
Tracking number: A 10-digit phone number will be given to you when signing up with CraftJack. This number allows us to update your account, as well as earn the Speed-To-Call discount. Read more about call tracking here.
